“…those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

Wes Metcalfe

Wes did not get into horses until his college years while attending Asbury University. He began as a business student, but enjoyed being outside and working with his hands, more than being in the classroom. He quickly learned of Asbury’s equine program, which gave him the opportunity to work with his hands and add a second major while still completing the business degree. As an equine student, he was exposed to many different clinicians and horse training methods. Learning about the mind of a horse and how they learn differently than dogs or humans was very eye-opening to him. It was that knowledge and experience working with horses that sparked his interest in helping others with their horses.

Paige Metcalfe

Paige started riding at a young age in Central Asia where she was raised. She was blessed to be able to learn from very good riders who competed in both dressage and stadium jumping. They insisted on the importance of correct, balanced riding in the dressage arena that would then transfer into the jumper rings for a more balanced and responsive horse. She loves working with young horses and horses that need a second chance in life. Paige enjoys bringing owners and their horses together in more harmonious relationships and hosting EAL clinics to broaden peoples worldviews.
